EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refund, return or exchange requests on winter jackets and capes will not be entertained. There will be no refund on the shipping charges, if applicable.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange once the payment has been verified.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail the image of the product with all the original tags and packaging at email@example.com and our customer support team will get back to you within 2-3 working days with a reply. Once the request is approved our logistics team will arrange a pick from your original delivery address. Please keep the goods ready with all the original tags/packaging.
We only issue refunds if the delivered items are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund in a week, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We reserve the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice. All returns or exchanges are approved at the sole discretion of Taroob and we reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request.
